Logistics provide the type and grade of material, tonnage, MRP and other details. Our system will fetch such details from the SAP and manage the truck calling at the yard by both audio and jumbo display. Voice SMS is sent to the respective truck drivers. The main advantage of this is the Automatic Truck calling and sequencing of based on the material being loaded and also allotting just the number of trucks based on material availability. Present and next truck information will be displayed in Packer and loader areas through Jumbo Displays.

When the trucks move to the loading point inside the plant their sequence and the loading line are displayed on another jumbo display in the loading area. Our system controls the automatic changing of Diverters’ position based on the loading without any need for manual operation.
