Printer Driver Module
Printer Driver Module is a device used exclusively in the Cement packing plants. It acts as an interface between the Printer and the PC. The MRP, which is to be printed by the printer on the cement bags, is automatically passed to the Printer from the PC through this module. The Printer Driver Module is provided with 2 communication ports – one RS485 port to connect to PC and another RS482 / RS232 PORT to connect to Printer
Auto Diverter Module
The Auto Diverter is a part of packing plant automation solution in Cement plants. This is used to automatically change the diverter once the present loading is completed to another line based on truck availability. This eliminates any human error in diverter operation and also removes the need for a full-time operator to operate the diverters. Our Auto Diverter is integrated with our Bag Counter system and provided with either RS485 / Ethernet ports for communicating with a PC.
Data Logger
DATA LOGGER is used in applications where continuous process data needs to be stored and retrieved later. The DATA LOGGER has provision for 24 universal inputs (Thermocouple, RTDPT100, 4-20mA). The data is stored internally with date time stamping for each data. A USB Pen Drive can be connected to the unit to retrieve the stored data, which is in CSV format. The DATA LOGGER can store about 2,50,000 records at a storage interval of 1 minute for 16 inputs.
RF M2M Solutions
RF MODULES are used in environments where data transfer between devices are required over long distance where laying of cables isn’t possible or is expensive. The RF MODULES provide low cost, low power wireless data transmission with the latest wireless technologies. The RF MODULES operate in the License Free Band (865MHz – 867MHZ). With a clear line of sight, communication can be established for a distance of upto 500m.
Production Monitoring System – ACCOUNT
ACCOUNT is used to monitor the Plan & Actual quantities of material produced in a continuous production line. The Production Monitoring System is provided with PC connectivity and all the settings are made from PC only, thereby eliminating tampering. Two banks of jumbo display are provided on either side to display Plan & Actual count separately. All calculations like Productivity, Performance, Quality, Overall Equipment Effectiveness, etc are done automatically in the PC software.
GSM INDICATOR – LCDIND2020
The LCDIND2020 is an Indicator with provision to upload the data to a Remote Server and also to send SMS to 5 pre-defined phone numbers. An inbuilt SIM card holder is provided which can accept a Standard SIM. The LCDIND2020 is provided with a 16×2 character LCD and has provision for a maximum of 2 4-20mA input from various level transmitters, flow transmitters, etc.
GSM TOTALIZER – LCDFIQ2020
The LCDFIQ2020 is a Totalizer with provision to upload the instantaneous rate of flow and cumulation to a Remote Server and also to send SMS to 5 pre-defined phone numbers. An inbuilt SIM card holder is provided which can accept a Standard SIM. The LCDFIQ2020 is provided with a 16×2 character LCD and has provision for a maximum of 2 4-20mA input from flow transmitters
Temperature Humidity Sensor with RS485
The Temperature Humidity Sensor (PTRh-LC) is a small, low-cost module for measurement of Temperature and Humidity in Furnace, Oven, Deep Freezers, etc. The PTRh-LC has an inbuit Temperature and Humidity Sensor for sensing. The module is provided with an RS485 port and supports MODBUS RTU Slave protocol
UHF RFID Reader
The UHF RFID Integrated readers are used for reading UHF RFID tags and have a fast read / write operation. The range of the RFID Readers is upto 12m. The RFID Readers support TCP/IP, RS485, RS232, Wiegand communication interface.
