The Bag Counting Systems counts accurately the bags travelling on the conveyor. We have solved the inherent problem of missing counts when several bags travel on overlapping state by using a specialised algorithm taking into account the speed of the conveyor. Even repeated stop and start of the conveyor for stacking the bags is duly taken care and high level of counting accuracy is achieved.

The Bag Counters are connected to the PC through communication channel. Through a fully sophisticated software developed in-house helps the customers to keep track of the real time operation and also to view information about the past loadings. The PC software helps to generate customised daily, monthly, shift-wise and other reports.
