Flow Integrating Totalizer
The FLOW INTEGRATING TOTALIZER, FIQ2000, computes and displays the rate of flow.The input to the FIQ2000 is provided from flow transmitters. FIQ2000 has two rows of display with the top row showing the instantaneous rate of flow in 5 digits display. The accumulated flow is computed and displayed in the bottom row 8 digits display. Other features available are retransmission 4-20mA output proportional to the rate of flow input, 2 Relay outputs, Communication port RS232/RS485.
Multi-Point Flow Totalizer
The MULTI-POINT FLOW TOTALIZER, MFIQ, is an extension to the standard FIQ2000 model with provision to connect to a maximum of four different flow transmitters and compute the rate of flow and accumulated flow of the connected flow transmitters. Other features available are retransmission 4-20mA output proportional to any one of the Flow inputs, which can be configured, 2 Relay outputs, Communication port RS232/RS485.
Batch Controller
The BATCH CONTROLLER controls the amount of liquid flowing through a pipe by shutting off the flow when the required amount has passed through. The input to the BATCH CONTROLLER is provided from flow transmitters. The BATCH CONTROLLER is provided with two rows of display to show the instantaneous rate of flow and the accumulated flow during the BATCH process. The BATCH CONTROLLER also computes accumulated flow over time. Other features available are retransmission 4-20mA output proportional to the Flow input, 2 Relay outputs, Communication port RS232/RS485.
Compensated Flow Totalizer
This is a temperature and pressure compensated flow rate indicating totalizer. This has provision for three inputs, one for rate of flow, one for pressure and one temperature (TC/RTD), It calculates the compensated flow rate after applying compensation for the instantaneous temperature and pressure. Totalisation is done based on the compensated rate of flow. Two relay outputs are provided for alarm signals. Optional retransmission analog output (4-20mA) proportional to compensated rate of flow and RS485/RS232 communication port with MODBUS protocol features are available.
