Unmanned Weighbridge Automation
Unmanned Weighbridge System is an RFID based solution designed for automating the weighbridge activities. This system can be implemented as either a standalone or Server based system and can support single to multiple weighbridges with central control features.
The Unmanned Weighbridge System integrates a host of RFID Readers, LED Displays, Position Sensors, Cameras, Boom Barriers, Audio Systems and Traffic Lights to guide the vehicle driver in right way and to capture both the tare and after loading/unloading weight of the vehicle. It is seamlessly integrated with any enterprise resource planning systems like Oracle, SAP and PLMS etc. for management of weighing data of multiple weighbridges installed across different plants.
It can be added to new or existing weighbridges of any make weighbridge and supports both unidirectional and bidirectional operation.
